Kaylee's First Days at Home
Kaylee's first days at home were pretty uneventful. She sleeps ok at nights and Isaac is doing really well with her. He is very careful with her. He even asks to hold her occasionally.

Bringing Kaylee Home
I was fortunate to be able to stay an extra day in the hospital before coming home. I felt better the second day after she was born. It was a Saturday morning and Isaac and Nate came to bring Kaylee and me home. Here she is in the car seat ready to go. The nursury at the hospital gave Kaylee this adorable purple knit hat so we just had to wear it home on her.
As soon as we got home, Isaac insisted on showing Kaylee books. We hadn't even gotten Isaac's coat off or Kaylee out of her car seat.
She's Here!
Kaylee Brooke Jamison arrived on November 20th at 12:15 am. She was 8 lb 10 oz and 20 1/2 inches long. Her delivery was quick and a lot better than Isaac's which made Mommy very thankful. Here are some pictures of her first days.

Mixing & Baking
Isaac really likes to help me bake right now. He is always asking to "mix". He gets a chair right beside me and dumps the ingredients in and mixes them together. We do have a mess to clean up afterwards but it is still fun.
Sorry forgot to turn this one. You get the idea.
Feeding the Animals
Isaac loves to help feed the animals we have at the house right now. We have 3 steers and 3 goats. Here are pictures of him helping.
He carries the feed in a small bucket for the goats. The goats just follow him to the feed dish. Isaac will dump it in for them and loves to watch them start eating. He even tells them to "EAT!"
Silly Man
Isaac sure has his moments that just make you smile and laugh. Here are a few of those times.
This is Isaac with his "produce stand" in the living room. He goes through phases where he hauls the potatoes and other produce around in his dump truck and here he unloaded them on the couch.
This is one of those times I say he is acting like his father!

Visit with Relatives
During the third week of August, we traveled east again for my grandfather's funeral. Even though it was a difficult few days, we did enjoy visiting with all the cousin's and their families. Isaac had fun with all the other kids his age. Here he is eating dinner with Jayson, Elijah and Avery at the kids table.

This was a rare occasion for all of us cousins on my Dad's side to be together since we are spread out over many states now. We took this cousins picture along with all the cousins's kids in the next picture.

Visiting Back East
Nate, Isaac and I made our yearly trip back east to Montgomery County to see my grandparents and other relatives. We were sure glad we could make the trip this year since my grandfather passed away about 8 days later.
Here is a picture of my Grammy and Pop-Pop Delp. This is one of the last known pictures of my grandfather and is now a very special one to me. Pop-Pop even played tractors with Isaac for a bit at lunch this day.
Isaac loved to play with my cousin, Matthew. Here he is playing outside with him with some trucks. Imagine that!
These two sure laughed a lot when they were together.
Isaac and Matthew even pretended to ride Grandpop's tractor that is stored in the garage at Grandmom's house. Of course, Isaac had to go and see the tractor every day we were there that weekend.

Show Week
One week during the summer, my sisters show their dairy cattle at Martinsburg. Isaac and I spent the week helping the girls. Isacc loved to be around the cows and play in the sawdust. He even got to show in the kiddie show with Aunt Danielle. Here he is with her in the next two pictures.

Isaac would pet the calves anytime he could.
Isaac's birthday was during this week so my parents had a small party for him at the show. He loved it when he opened his new tractor and hay rake from Grandma and Grandpa Delp!
Isaac had a blast helping put the sprinkles on his cake.
This is the picture of all of us at the show the night of Isaac's little party. It is not often that all of us are together so Mom just had to get a picture.
